1/27: Meditation with Breath for Peace

 

For this one, you’ll breathe in the words (I say them in my head as I inhale), then exhale out with a nice loud sigh. Don’t rush through it.

 

Breathe in: Peace in my body.

Exhale.

Breathe in: Peace in my mind.

Exhale.

Breathe: in Peace in my emotions.

Exhale.

Peace in my spirit.

Exhale.

Peace in my energy.

Exhale.

Peace in my heart.

Exhale.

Inhale (and let that all settle).

Exhale.

Inhale: Peace in my home.

Exhale.

Peace in my family.

Exhale.

Peace in my pets.

Exhale.

Peace in my friends.

Exhale.

Peace in my relationships.

Exhale.

Peace in my neighborhood.

Exhale.

Peace in my community.

Exhale.

Peace in my world.

Exhale.

May I be at peace.

Exhale.

May I BE peace.

Exhale.

Thank you.

Exhale.

and then just sit and gently breathe and relax in to the peace you have just added to the world, and to your life for as long or as short a time as you like.
