Here is Your Angel Card Reading & Channeled Message for the Week of 11/5
As always, I asked the angels to please bring me a clean and clear reading for you, my clients, students and followers.
For today’s reading the angels took me right to the Energy Wisdom Oracle Cards, a deck I channeled (available here: http://www.dinakennedy.com/oracle-cards-by-dina/ ), and as I shuffled and thought of you, and focused on receiving a message for you, two cards came out together.
So cool. I’ve never had these two come out as one before, and the timing couldn’t be more appropriate in this highly charged and stress filled, bound to be emotional for all at least here in the US, week.
Card 1 is BREATHE. The message of this card is a reminder that when we are stressed, or worried, we don’t breathe well. We take shallow breathes, we freeze our breath, we end up gasping for air.
And that does not serve us well! When we constrict our breathing we constrict our energy filed. When we constrict our energy field, we become reactive, non creative, and it’s tough to problem solve, think clearly, or even relax in that energy.
The angels ask that you put your hand on your chest, right now, and check in.
Are you breathing? Is it shallow, still, or quick? If you are not breathing well, take a breath in to the count of 5, hold it to the count of 5, breathe out to the count of 5, and repeat. Do it a total of 5 times and you’ll be breathing again! And that means you’ll automatically drop some stress and toxins out of your body too. It’s a win in every direction for you!
Card 2 is EXHALE.
Haha — the angels are really really REALLY wanting to get your attention to your breath for this week — let me repeat that — FOR THIS WEEK — as in for the next 7 days including today.
This card adds just two things to the exercise I just gave you with the Breathe card above — it suggest exhaling with a loud sigh on the out breath, as that will release pent up emotions, stress, and toxins, and that you also shake out your hands and feet when done with the count to 5 inhale, hold for 5, count to 5 exhale, for 5 rounds.
Easy, quick, and it will make a difference in how you feel, what you’re holding, and what you can let go of and put down.
Give it a try. Do it at least once each day, more if it calls to you.
And, as always, be sure to talk to your angels. They are right there willing to help you — you just need to ask.
