The Importance of Releasing the Last 24 Hours, and doing so every day.
I was particularly taken with this statement by Doreen Virtue in a reading a couple of days ago: “The angels are emphasizing the importance of beginning each day with watching or reading something positive, to insulate you before engaging with any harsh news or situations.
Morning practice folks. I talk about it all the time. It makes a HUGE difference in your life.
These days I am recommending to all of my clients and students that you set the intention to use your morning practice to release the last 24 hours.
You can do this with any sort of regular morning practice you engage in – journaling, your self Reiki, your yoga, your meditation, your prayer time, your morning walk or morning dance. Just set the intention as you prepare to start, that you are dedicating this practice to releasing the last 24 hours. I like to say – please release the last 24 hours, and then I begin.
This is a very intense time on the planet. You are feeling it whether you are aware of this or willing to accept this or not. Nobody is exempt. It’s a universal energy. Not getting it out creates stress and physical and mental effects caused by steady unrelenting stress energy in your body and energy field.
Release the prior 24 hours each and every morning. It moves you with power and Light into the new day. You will feel SO MUCH BETTER! I promise you!
But don’t do this just once (although that will feel good too). EVERY DAY dear ones.
